Personal Fitness Training

Private Sessions are one hour and by appointment only.
Personal training appointments are conducted either in a clients home gym, a highrise private gym, Sonie's location or in the location of the trainer.

Sonie can provide a trainer who will come to you in most locations of the United States.

We are able to work with what ever equiptment you have, however we ask that you provide a list of what you have so that we can plan your experiance.

Please also provide Doctor's authorization that you are free to participate in an exercise program.

Private Session with one of Sonie's certified trainers:  
$60 - $100

Semi-private lessons with Sonie Lasker:   
$250 for up to four people.
